Who We Are...
Pristine Fish Farm, is approximately 56000-meter square the factory is the largest indoor aquaculture recirculating facility in the world in terms of size and capacity and has been developed by Al Jaraf Fisheries Group experts in Fish & Shrimp Farming also water recirculating technology. The company has an essential role to ensuring the regular availability of high-quality caviar and the factory can produce around 35 tons of Caviar per annum.
Caviar & Its Different Types
Sturgeon is the common name for the species of fish belonging to the family Acipenseridae. Caviar identifies the matured eggs of the fish sturgeon. Roe is a more general word that means fish eggs, but roe and caviar are definitely not interchangeable. There are many sturgeon caviar varieties. Each type has an interesting taste, color, and texture variances.
